Nu Tech Water offers a comprehensive 75 day return policy on all units purchased. Your unit will be custom made based on the water quality of where you are using the unit. Customers overseas (UK, Australia, and Canada) will have a comprehensive 60 day return policy.  Our technical support staff is available for troubleshooting any issues with the filtration systems. When a unit is returned, there will be a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

• No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. We will not accept unauthorized returns.
• All sales are final when purchased wholesale. Items purchased at a reduced retail cost are not considered wholesale, and our standard return policy still applies.
• Financing through PayPal is eligible for refunds per our refund policy.
• All filters can be exchanged for new filters or store credit if they are unopened.
• All Commercial Ionizers, Whole-Sale Orders, Custom Whole Home Systems, Vending Machines are non-returnable and have stated warranties.
• Customer is responsible for shipping & handling costs in the case of a return.
